Performance and Towing
The new Ford F-150 Lightning will offer two types of batteries for
Gladwin drivers. The Standard Range will allow for up to 230 miles on one
charge. You can upgrade to the Extended Range package, providing you with 300
miles of driving range in the Houghton Lake region. All-wheel drive comes
standard on all Lightning trims. You'll feel pleasantly surprised that this
setup will allow you to tow up to 10,000 pounds at a time in Harrison,
MI.
Trim Levels
The Lightning will be available in four trims in our new Ford inventory. The
Pro represents the base package with the Standard Range battery package. The
XLT, Lariat, and Platinum trims will offer more creature comforts and the
ability to upgrade to the Extended Range package. However, you'll find that
even at the Pro trim, you'll get a larger infotainment screen than gas-powered
F-150 trucks. You'll also enjoy a "front trunk" cargo area, thanks to
the absence of a motor.
Currently, the Lightning will only arrive configured as a crew cab
with a 5.5-foot bed; however, there is some talk that future Lightning
offerings will include a regular cab as well as a super cab offering as well.
The Crew Cab feature means the Lightning will be a four-door vehicle for your
West Branch, MI adventures.
Drivers will also enjoy access to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a
premium stereo system, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. Contact our friendly Ford sales
